Victoria Duke knows Northern Arizona the way only a lifelong resident can. Born and raised across the region, she's called Chino Valley, Camp Verde, Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt home at different points in her life — giving her an intimate understanding of what makes each community distinct.

Before real estate, Victoria spent over twelve years in heavy-civil construction and more than five years in the service industry. That combination shaped her approach to every transaction: she brings the precision and problem-solving mindset of construction work alongside the client-first mentality that service industry veterans understand in their bones. She knows how to get things done and how to make people feel taken care of while doing it.

Victoria and her husband are raising their two children in the Quad Cities, drawn to the same things that bring so many families to the area — the freedom for kids to play outside year-round, family fishing trips, hikes up Thumb Butte or Quartz Mountain, kayaking at the lakes, summer swimming lessons, and evenings on the square.
