Tom Kuhman launched his real estate career in 2004 as an agent in Gilbert, Arizona, and has since built two decades of experience across multiple markets. In 2009, he held a broker's license in California while living in San Diego. When he and his family decided to leave San Diego in 2015 with the freedom to relocate anywhere in the country, they chose to return to the Phoenix area — drawn by the climate, outdoor lifestyle, growth, and affordability that make Arizona home.

Before real estate, Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Operations Management and Marketing. That analytical foundation shapes how he approaches transactions — methodically, strategically, and with a clear understanding of both the numbers and the bigger picture.

Originally from Elyria, Ohio, Tom now splits his time between Gilbert and the communities he serves. He has two daughters: one a senior at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, the other a junior at Gilbert High School. When he's not working, Tom is almost certainly outdoors — his favorite activity is pole vaulting, but you'll also find him playing softball, Vintage Base Ball, or pickleball, hitting the trails, or out on the water paddleboarding. He rounds out his downtime cooking and spending time with his family.
