Sydney Kerstiens serves as Executive Assistant and Client Coordinator for Geoff Hyland, bringing a background in medical and office management to her role on the team. Though newer to real estate, her experience coordinating complex workflows and managing client relationships translates seamlessly into keeping transactions organized and clients informed every step of the way.

A Prescott native through and through, Sydney grew up watching her grandparents and parents contribute to the community as local business owners. That small-town foundation shaped her love for connecting with people and building genuine relationships — qualities that drew her to real estate as a place to grow her skills and launch a meaningful career.

Sydney and her husband, who hails from Wickenburg, share an appreciation for small-town life and have planted roots right here in Prescott to raise their daughter. When she's not supporting clients, you'll find her outdoors — attending the rodeo, exploring new trails, or chasing whatever adventure comes next.
