With a background as a senior operations executive in emergency medical services and a U.S. Army veteran who served two tours in Iraq, Matt brings disciplined leadership, data-driven decision making, and a results-oriented mindset to real estate. His expertise in operations and organizational growth translates into measurable success for both agents and clients.

Matt is committed to ensuring every agent he supports and every client he serves experiences professionalism, accountability, and trusted guidance throughout their real estate journey.

Based in Prescott, Matt is also active in the Arizona Rangers and his local ranching community. Outside of real estate he enjoys raising livestock, flying airplanes, and spending time with family.
