Born and raised in Michigan, Julie graduated in Design, Fashion, Merchandising and Business from Davenport University. During her husband's 24 year Army career, the Marquardts and their three sons moved 11 times in the US and had the good fortune of spending four amazing years stationed in Germany. Julie subsequently worked as a part-time teacher and spent three years as an administrative assistant to a residential and commercial appraiser in Texas. Julie and her husband moved to Prescott in 2015 where she enjoyed working eight years as luxury real estate specialist with Yamauchi Team. Prescott is her favorite place to live in the States... and she's lived in a few.  She aims to provide a seamless concierge level of service to all her clients, many of whom have gone on to become personal friends. When she has some spare time, Julie enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking and decorating.
