Josh Fitch's family moved to Prescott nearly 40 years ago, and he grew up attending Mile High Middle School and Prescott High School — it was there that he met his future wife, Samantha. Both are Northern Arizona University alumni, and aside from four years spent teaching abroad in Spain and Turkey, they have always called the Prescott area home.

As a REALTOR, Josh loves sharing his deep knowledge of the area with his clients, many of whom are new to town. He genuinely enjoys learning about his clients' interests and backgrounds and guiding them through the process of buying or selling a home. A member of The Hyland Group for over ten years, Josh has helped hundreds of buyers find their dream home and sellers make their next move. Along the way, his clients often become friends — and he treats them accordingly. They know him as genuine, honest, and hard-working.
