Joe Thornhill moved to Arizona more than 25 years ago to attend the University of Arizona. While he was raised in the Northern California Bay Area, his connection to Prescott goes back generations, his grandparents were in Prescott beginning in the 1920s before later relocating to Santa Clara, CA in the 1950s.

Joe has been licensed in Arizona real estate since 2005. He began his career in commercial real estate in the Phoenix area, where he developed a strong foundation in valuation, negotiation, and market analysis. In 2011, he moved to Prescott and joined The Hyland Group, where he helps clients buy and sell homes throughout the Quad Cities and also advises many on identifying and evaluating both residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities. Clients appreciate Joe’s straightforward style and steady guidance. He brings a numbers-backed approach to pricing and strategy, communicates clearly, and stays focused on protecting his clients’ best interests from the first showing to the final signature.

Joe is married to his wife, Sarah, and together they are raising their two children, Verona and Lake. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hiking and mountain biking Prescott’s trails, golfing, snowboarding, and spending weekends on the sidelines for his kids’ latest sport.
