Dusty Jones carries seven generations of Prescott roots — a rare depth of local knowledge that shapes everything she does in real estate. Relatives on her mother's side originally moved to the Dewey area in the 1870s, homesteading and contributing to the growth of the region. Her great-grandfather served as the arena director at Prescott Frontier Days, now known as The World's Oldest Rodeo. Growing up surrounded by family members on her father's side who were developers and home builders, she learned the intricacies of construction and the homebuying process long before she ever earned her license. That firsthand understanding of what goes into building a home gives her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating properties or navigating new construction.

Her background as a dance teacher might seem unrelated to real estate, but the discipline and attention to detail she developed in that role translate directly to how she guides clients through their search. She approaches each transaction with patience and precision, keeping her clients on track toward finding the right home. Dusty also brings experience as a former business owner, having operated a salon in downtown Prescott before stepping away to raise her children.

When she's not helping buyers and sellers, Dusty is usually outdoors with her husband — a Captain with the local fire department — and their three daughters. She enjoys volunteering with the Firefighter Angel Foundation, serving children in the Prescott area. Family and community run deep for her, which is fitting for someone whose own family has called Prescott home for more than a century.
