Meet Kelly
Kelly Bird found her way to Prescott in 2020, trading Phoenix city life for open space, horses, and more time with her family. A native Arizonan, she knows the state well — but it's the Prescott lifestyle that captured her heart and keeps her rooted here.
Before earning her real estate license, Kelly spent eighteen years as a registered nurse, completing her Master of Nursing at Grand Canyon University. Those years in healthcare sharpened skills that translated directly to helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions: staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, solving problems as they arise, and working until the job is done right. She brings the same integrity and attention to detail to every transaction, advocating for her clients while making the process as smooth as possible.
Kelly is an Army spouse, and her family includes a daughter in high school, a son in college, dogs, horses, and a menagerie of other animals. When she's not working with clients, you'll find her in her garden, at a rodeo, or involved with her church and local organizations supporting veterans, children, and anti-trafficking efforts. For Kelly, real estate is an extension of what she's always done — serving people and building genuine relationships along the way.
