Jana Powell carries real estate in her blood — a third-generation Realtor now serving clients throughout the Phoenix metro area. Her path into the industry started on the property management side before she transitioned into helping buyers and sellers navigate their home journeys, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what makes properties work for the people who live in them.

Before real estate, Jana worked as a florist, and that creative background still shapes how she approaches her work today. She brings an eye for possibility and presentation that helps clients see the potential in a space, paired with a client-first philosophy that puts their needs at the center of every decision.

Originally from Montana with roots in Oregon along the way, Jana now calls Arizona home. She and her husband are raising four kids — ranging from toddler to high school — which means life stays wonderfully full. When they're not shuffling between activities, the Powell family can be found hosting game nights, soaking up the Arizona sunshine, cheering at community events, or sneaking away to catch live theater together.
