Tricia Sokoloski arrived in Prescott in 2013, a proud Washington native who fell hard for the area's small-town charm, vibrant community, and breathtaking scenery. She and her family knew they'd found their place, and they've called it home ever since.

Before real estate, Tricia spent years as a teacher — a career that sharpened her communication skills and taught her how to break down complex concepts with clarity and patience. Those same instincts serve her clients well today, whether she's walking first-time buyers through the process or helping sellers navigate a shifting market.

Her approach centers on creating a stress-free experience. Tricia wants her clients to feel informed and supported at every step, and genuinely excited about the next chapter they're stepping into.

When she's not working with clients, Tricia can be found hiking local trails, running, tending her garden, or traveling with her family. She also loves to sing — one more way she brings energy and heart to everything she does.
